1958 Restrike from the original Havell edition copper plate. Sheet slightly trimmed, and minor condition issues (easily repaired). To commemorate the 75'th Anniversary Meeting of the American Ornithologists Union held in 1958, the Anderson Lamb Company struck 300 copies of the Hutchin's Barnacle Goose from the original Havell copper plate owned by the American Museum of Natural History.

To commemorate the 75'th Anniversary Meeting of the American Ornithologists Union held in 1958, the Anderson Lamb Company struck 300 copies of the Hutchin's Barnacle Goose from the original Havell copperplate owned by the American Museum of Natural History. They were issued as uncolored strikes, and distributed to the participants. Some of them were professionally hand-colored later on, as in this example.
